The vacuum filling machine Robby is the ideal partner for the butcher's trade. The filling horn fills and portions cooked sausage, fresh sausage and dry sausage, but also salads and many other products accurately and cleanly by weight. The vacuum filling machine can produce portion weights from 5 g to 99,999 g and is ideal for small batches with frequent product changes. Filling horns are available in various diameters and can be used for all natural casings as well as for fiber and plastic casings.
The Robby is compatible with all common clipping machines.
The Casing Holding Device DHV937 flexibly processes natural and artificial casing. The casing brake of the DHV937 can be adjusted during production without tools and without having to stop the machine. Since the device does not require its own drive, it is wear- and maintenance-free.
The DHV937 can be used, for example, with the vacuum filling machine Robby.
The Casing Holding Device DHV815 flexibly processes all common casing types in a range of 13 - 58 mm caliber. The casing brake ensures particularly gentle handling of the casing. Due to the easy threading of the casings, non-productive times are noticeably reduced. Optionally, the DHV815 can be used with a length portioning device for precise length/diameter and weight. The integrated push back function facilitates the feeding of the casing through the casing brake.

The Casing Holding Device DHV841 flexibly processes all common casing types. It achieves extremely high linking speeds of up to 700 portions per minute. The attached caddy holder ensures short distances and fast casing changes. Collagen and cellulose casings can be processed more easily thanks to the integrated casing pusher and casing end detection.

The Casing Holding Device with length portioning function LPV802 links sausages in natural casings of the same length, caliber and weight. The device noticeably reduces the number of casing bursts.

The vacuum filling machine HP1 offers exceptionally high performance for a wide range of small-batch products. The HP1 portions soft and stiff masses by weight and can be used with all common semi-automatic clipping machines. Setup and operation of the machine are particularly simple and fast.

With the Skewer Former931 minced meat and other masses can be filled directly onto a wooden, plastic or metal skewer. In addition to round nozzle shapes, many others are available such as star, rectangular or spiral, thus enabling a high degree of variety in the sales counter.
The Skewer Former931 can be combined with all VEMAG vacuum filling machines with or without inline grinder.
The Manual Cutting Device MMC portions and cuts rectangular products from minced meat or plant-based masses. The nozzle insert with minced meat structure is available in different formats, depending on the size of the trays to be filled. The portion weights are individually adjustable.

Our small scale vacuum filling machine Robby and the attachment MPF818 can produce up to 20 patties per minute in simple manual operation. The forming plates are quickly interchangeable and enable the production of a wide variety of burger patties. The processing of vegetarian and vegan masses is also possible.
The BC237 produces meatballs, croquettes, and other formed products with maximum weight accuracy. The attachment is quick and easy to set up and clean, and is operated via the intuitive touch display of the vacuum filling machine.

The fully automatic Filling Line FKL609 in combination with the vacuum filling machine Robot500 fills your liquid and pasty products into cans, cups or jars at a portioning speed of up to 60 portions per minute. Format changes are quick and easy.
The Grinder985 in combination with the vacuum filling machine HP1 for simultaneous grinding and filling of masses ensures improved and reproducible product quality and simplifies work steps. The Grinder985 processes masses - whether meat or plant-based - down to a temperature of -1°C for the production of e.g. fresh sausage, salami and other products. Work steps such as cutting or pre-cutting of the mass can be optimized or shortened depending on requirements. The grinding plates (70 mm disc diameter) are interchangeable and freely selectable.
The Grinder985 can be used for a wide range of applications: sausages, clipped goods, formed products, products filled into cups, cans, trays and jars.
